Jessica Bowering is a lawyer, investigator, and advisor with extensive experience resolving workplace issues across a wide variety of organizations. Ms. Bowering received her law degree from Dalhousie University in 2002, graduating with the gold medal in her class. She has clerked at the British Columbia Court of Appeal and worked in labour and employment law for more than 10 years. Ms. Bowering has extensive public policy experience as she was both an Assistant Deputy Minister, and Deputy Minister in the Policy Coordination Office of Executive Council for the Government of Alberta.
